Travis Swithenbank
Owner
Travis is a second generation custom home builder, a licensed general contractor and licensed glazier, who holds a degree in construction management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. After working for several years at one of northern California’s largest glazing companies, Travis decided to strike out on his own. Travis started Qualcon Glazing in 2003.
Lisa Whiteside
Quoting & Sales
Lisa Whiteside is masterful at working up window quotes in a timely manner. She has quoted hundreds of projects, in the span of working for Qualcon Glazing since 2015. Lisa uses value engineering to enhance cost efficiency, giving you options along the way to hone in on what’s a priority for your project .
Ken Scholle
Project Manager
Ken Scholle, and Travis Swithenbank met over 20 years ago while working together for a large Sacramento based construction company. They didn’t know each other in college, but Ken also holds a degree in construction management from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
Tim Smethurst
Installation
Tim is Qualcon Glazing's lead installer. He has installed thousands of windows and doors, in the span of working for Qualcon Glazing since 2003. From pivot doors and large multi sliders, to massive custom glass, Tim is an expert in doing the job right, the first time. Tim is a Fleetwood Window & Door factory trained installer.
Gary Johnson
Sales
Gary has a deep knowledge of custom home building, as a licensed general contractor with over fifteen years of experience in the trade. Gary has extensive experience with both inland and coastal builds.
